Barber, Roger Allen

(March 24, 1971 - May 18, 2010)

Roger Allen Barber, 39, of RockfordIL, died May 18, 2010.

 

Roger was born March 24, 1971 in Beloit, WI to William Eugene and Iona Jane (Zittle) Barber.

 

Roger married Helen Marie Schuh on August 23, 1997 in Kelliher, MN. They lived in Minnesota for a short time before moving back to Rockford. Roger and Helen had two wonderful children, Dessiree Marie and Steven Joe.

 

Roger had many different hobbies including spending time with his family, fishing, canoeing camping, hunting and HIS FAVORITE cooking. Roger was an avid 49™ers fan.

Roger will be greatly missed by those who knew him and had the pleasure of spending time with him.

 

Roger is survived by his wife Helen of 13 years, his daughter Dessiree, son Steven, Mother: Iona, Brothers: Paul, Jim (K), William Jr. a/k/a Bill, Tommy (Renee), Sisters: Debbie Papoi (Malcolm) and Tammy Van Helden (Kerry).

 

He is predeceased in death by his Father: William, Father-in-law: Arthur Schuh, Aunt: Pat, Grandparents, brother-in-law: Jeffery Papoi, and Infant nephew David.

 

Funeral Services for Roger will be Saturday May 22, 2010 at 3 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.

Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer funeral home 1125 Cranston road BeloitWI, has been ENTRUSTED with the care of the family.
