Smith, Peggy Joan

(November 25, 1938 - August 13, 2008)

Peggy Joan Smith age 69 of Janesville, Wisconsin died Wednesday August 13, 2008 in Madison, Wisconsin. She was born November 25, 1938 to Clyde and Ola (Dodson) Riley. She was a member of BereanBaptistChurch in Beloit, Wisconsin. Family was very important to her and everyone called her Mom. She is survived by her eight children: Buster (Vickie) Smith of Shelby, Alabama and Greg Smith of Terre Haute, Indiana and Kim (Jerry) Lopez of Siluria, Alabama and Tammy (Mike) Barrett of Beloit, Wisconsin and Robby Smith of Siluria, Alabama and Jason (Tina) Smith of Janesville, Wisconsin and Tracy (Jody) Smith of Montevallo, Alabama and Tony (Patti) Smith of Maplesville, Alabama. Twenty Two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of forty years and her one bother and three sisters.

A memorial service will be Monday August 18, 2008 time 11:00a.m. at the BereanBaptistChurch in Beloit, Wisconsin. Pastor Kelvin Swanson to officiate. The Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer Funeral Home is entrusted with the care of the family.
