Driver, Irene

(February 13, 1918 - July 4, 2008)

Irene Driver age 90 of Beloit, Wisconsin died July 4, 2008 at Sun Valley North Retirement home. She was born in Racine, Wisconsin to August and Sarafina (Pszczolki) Puchinsky on February 13, 1918. She graduated from high school in Racine, Wisconsin in 1936. She spent 68 years with the love of her life Kenneth Wood Driver who she married on October 29, 1938 in Waukon, Iowa. She was a loving and caring person and who loved to play golf with her husband at Beloit Country Club. She also enjoyed gardening in her flower beds, playing cards and playing with her grandchildren who bring joy and sunshine to her life.

She is survived by her two sons Tom Driver of Beloit and Dennis Driver of Madison Wisconsin. Six grandchildren; Tammy Knarr, Ken, Russell, Katherine, Michael, and Ashley Driver. Two great grandchildren: Pierce and Irene (Rose) Knarr. One sister; Fanny Garver of Madison Wisconsin.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Kenneth Driver and brother Walter Puchinsky.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday July 10, 2008 at 6pm at Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer Funeral Home. Lance Bifulk to officiate. A viewing will be held from 5pm to time of service for friends and family.
