Taylor, Kenneth Dean

(February 7, 1935 - June 25, 2008)

Kenneth Dean Taylor age, 73 of Clinton, Wisconsin died Wednesday June 25, 2008 at Sun Valley East. He was born February 7, 1935 in Barbourville, Kentucky to Anthony and Laura (Smith) Taylor. After school he joined the United States Navy and learned the trade of being a machinist. Kenneth met his wife Elizabeth while in the Navy and they married in 1962 in Waukegan, Illinois. After his years in the Navy they moved to Clinton, Wisconsin and he worked at Gardner Machine until his retirement in 1997.

He is survived by two daughters: Jennifer Taylor of Rochester, Minnesota and Laurie (Wes) Shuckhart of Machesney Park, Illinois, a son, Kenneth Taylor II, of Clinton, Wisconsin, and one grand daughter, Taylor Shuckhart of Machesney Park, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Elizabeth in 1981 and one brother, Clarence.

Funeral Services will be Monday June 30, 2008 time 10:00a.m. at the Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer Funeral Home in Beloit. Pastor Al Harolle will officiate. Burial will follow at FloralLawnsCemetery.
